Description
In this 2 Hour work shop you will develop skills for personal safety that build awareness and prepare for prevention and practiced simple yet effective physical techniques. This workshop will help build you confidence and provide you with the tools to use your voice, body language and boundary setting. These strategies will provide participants the practical skills to act assertively with greater assurance.
